These publicized letters contain the information required by EU Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
In June 2007, the European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH) entered into force. This Regulation establishes specific duties and obligations on companies that manufacture or import substances on their own, in preparation or in articles in the European Economic Area (EEA).
REACH Article 33 requires any supplier of an article containing Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above the threshold of 0.10% weight by weight to provide the customer in EEA with sufficient information to allow safe use of the article.

Our way to communicate REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) per REACH Article 33, is through our REACH Substance Communication Letters.
For products sold to EEA, if an SVHC is identified in any of our products above the threshold, a statement regarding the REACH Article 33 communication obligation is included in our order confirmations and packaging slips. The statement contains a link to the website where a copy of the relevant letters can be obtained.
For products sold to EEA, if there is no REACH SVHC information on the order confirmation or packaging slip, the product does not contain any SVHC.
SVHC Candidate List continues to be updated regularly. VilterTM will continue to monitor the Candidate List and provide all required information in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation.
